The Electric Supply Company of Victoria (ESCV) was a British company that had its headquarters in Liverpool. Established in 1903 as a subsidiary of the British Insulated Wire Company, ESCV operated power stations and electric tramways in the regional cities of Bendigo and Ballarat in Victoria. Following the expiry of its 30-year franchise of the electricity business, the ESCV was acquired by the State Electricity Commission of Victoria in 1934, which thereafter took over both the electricity supply business and tramway operations in Bendigo and Ballarat.
