The folder contains a list of producers who exceeded their hen quota or produced eggs without a licence and were prosecuted under the Egg Industry Stabilisation Act of 1971. Papers record the name and address of the individual prosecuted, details of offence, the result of the case and the relevant Prosecution file.

This folder also contains a list of convictions and unpaid fines for certain specific producers, lists of court cases yet to be heard, and summaries of the position of some cases.
