The global dataset comprises records for 18,452 geolocated mining properties across all commodities. For each property, geographic location and elevation attributes are provided. It includes key attributes such as commodities, development and activity status, company name, reserves and resources and a set of elevation and topographic variables (elevation, slope and elevation categories), with full documentation of the data sources used to derive these attributes.
