Full description
Microsatellite genotype datafile General 1. Alleles are described by three digits that correspond to their length in base pairs. 2. Missing alleles are represented by ‘000’. Specific 1. The first line consists of the number of microsatellite loci (14), the total number of individuals in the dataset (114), the number of sampling locations (1). 2. All data comes from one population in Southeast Queensland, Australia (27°23’ S, 153°33’ E). 3. The next line and following lines consist of the genotype for each animal, and described by sample code name (followed by a comma and space) and allelic determinations for 14 microsatellite loci. 4. The names of the microsatellite loci are: SF2, SF38, SF41, SF72, Sfa205, Sfa221, Sfa236, Sfa248, Sfa335, Sfa382, Sfa387, Sfa418, Sfa454, SF138.Issued: 2015
