Microsatellite genotype datafile General 1. Alleles are described by three digits that correspond to their length in base pairs. 2. Missing alleles are represented by ‘000’. Specific 1. The first line consists of the number of microsatellite loci (14), the total number of individuals in the dataset (114), the number of sampling locations (1). 2.
