The MicroXCT-400 is part of the Multiscale Nanotomography system housed at the University of South Australia's Ian Wark Research Institute and part of the SA Node of the Australian National Fabrication Facility. This system can provide 'inside information' about materials, devices, and tools without the need to section sample or perform destructive analyis. The MicroXCT datasets consist of the digital data files produced by each experiment run by this tomography instrument.
