Full description This research study aims to contribute to understanding on what are the legal challenges in managing river pollution from industrial effluent discharge in Malaysia; what are stakeholders' views on the compliance rating parameter of industrial effluent discharges: A Malaysian Context? and lastly, What are the factors and control-dependency relationship that contributes towards non-compliance of industries?
