Full description
An oceanographic pilot study was carried out at Scott Reef to investigate the behaviour of surface and internal waves in the vicinity of an isolated coral reef. Oceanographic instruments deployed included 4 pressure gauges on the reef edge and 2 current meter arrays extending across the reef slope. 64% of possible data was recovered from the 25 instruments deployed. 4 instruments were lost or stolen, 2 instruments leaked and 3 instruments did not perform to specifications. CTD data was also collected.Lineage
