This series consists of the correspondence and minutes of the SEC Retired Personnel Association.

The organisation was inaugurated at a meeting held on 16 September 1964. One hundred and forty former personnel attended. The meeting unanimously agreed that an association be formed.

Office bearers were elected: Mr D.J. McColl, Chairman; Mr C. Oldfield, Secretary/Treasurer; and G.F. Clark, Assistant Secretary/Treasurer. A constitution was drafted.
