This series contains minutes of meetings of the Trustees in which were recorded the decisions and discussions, including confirmation of actions taken between meetings.The Cemetery Trust operations were treated as a separate and distinct entity from the Council.
The Secretary of the Trust had the responsibility for overall management and administration of the cemetery.
Members included the Lord Mayor, Council Officers including: Directors, Finance and Administration, Technical Services, Community Services, Management Services, Chief Administrative Officer, Managers, Engineering and Services, Development Services and Committee Clerk.
