This series contains reports to the Mayor and Councillors of the Stawell Borough Council from Water Rate Collector. The position of Water Rate Collector was probably a Council position although that officer was probably also working for the for Borough Water Supply District (VA 558).

The reports submitted almost exclusively document just the amounts collected in the period since the last report.
