This series comprises copies of minutes of the Public Service Board General Services meetings for the period ?? 1963 to 1984. The Official Minute Books are located in VPRS 4407.

This series documents the activities of the Board, eg., filling vacancies, approving long service leave, recruitment and training, etc..

The P1 consignment of this series covering the period 1978 to 1984 was retained for permanent retention as the master set of the minutes for this period was not located at the time of transfer (as at 1996). The extant original signed copy of the minutes of meetings are located in VPRS 4407 (1941 to 1977).
