Approved and proposed easements represented as lines in a layer belonging to VLAT.
Only a subset of easements have been captured.

This dataset s a raw superset of VMPROP_EASEMENT. It shows the current and retired states of each feature instance. It supports feature versioning (UFI_RETIRED) and enables feature edting chaining (UFI_OLD).

This layer should be used in conjuction with the other layers and aspatial tables that make up VLAt and replaces the CAD_LINE layer.
