Brief description
A collection of monitoring data recorded from 32 patients undergoing anaesthesia at the Royal Adelaide Hospital (25 general anesthetics, 3 spinal anesthetics, 4 sedations). Vital signs data were captured from patient monitors and ventilators, including the electrocardiograph (ECG), pulse oximeter, capnograph, non-invasive blood pressure monitor, airway flow and pressure monitors and, in a few cases, a Y-piece spirometer, depth of anaesthesia monitor, and arterial blood pressure monitor. The waveform, numeric and alarm data were recorded in four formats: (1) Comma Separated Variable (CSV) text files with all data in 10 millisecond resolution, (2) Comma Separated Variable (CSV) text files with numeric and alarm data in 1 second resolution, (3) overview plots of each case as Scalable Vector Graphic (SVG) and Portable Network Graphic (PNG) images, and (4) waveform plots in 10 second, 30 second, 1 minute, 5 minute, and 10 minute segments as Portable Network Graphic (PNG) images.Contributors
