Understanding Australian Adolescents’ Perceptions of Healthy and Sustainable Diets, and Perceptions and Consumption of Pulses

The online surveys focussed on consumption of pulses, as well as factors influencing pulse consumption and demographical variables (unidentifiable). The surveys were conducted in November 2023 via Qualtrics and data captured using an Excel spreadsheet. The focus groups focussed on perceptions of sustainable diets and pulses and collected in-person in November 2023.
