Full description

This dataset contains metagenomics data from stool samples collected from 97 adult (18-65) participants from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia collected between October 2020-November 2021. These participants were recruited across four groups: non-psychiatric controls, people with schizophrenia responding to first-line atypical antipsychotics, people with treatment-resistant schizophrenia responding to clozapine, and people with treatment-resistant schizophrenia not responding to clozapine. The data was used in Vasileva et al. 2024 (publshed in JAMA Psychiatry).
