Full description This project developed new methods to map shade-tree cover and aboveground carbon stocks in cocoa-growing landscapes across West Africa. By combining drone-based field surveys with machine learning and Bayesian modeling, the project produced high-resolution spatial datasets and scenario-based estimates of the climate-change mitigation potential of agroforestry.
