Full description

The data in this toolbox are for a protocol entitled “The method of silent substitution” developed in the Melanopsin Photoreception and Visual Science Laboratories at the QUT Centre for Vision and Eye Research, Brisbane during 2022.

The toolbox describes the procedures for controlling the outputs of a set of 5-primary lights to generate melanopsin, rhodopsin and cone-opsin directed lights for psychophysical, pupillometry and electroretinographic experiments.

This project was supported by an Australian Research Council (ARC) Future Fellowship ARC-FT180100458 (AJZ).
