Brief description

This dataset contains the data generated from molecular dynamics simulations of molecules used in the cryopreservation of plants with phospholipid bilayers. The cryoprotectant molecules investigated are DMSO, glycerol, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol and pure DPPC, pure DOPC, DOPC-cholesterol and DOPC-beta-sitosterol bilayers have been investigated. The simulations were performed using the iVEC facilities.
