This dataset contains data used for modelling changes to humpback whale song during air gun exposure. This includes, excel data sheets containing humpback whales song structure information that was imported into R Studio for modelling. The first sheet of the excel file contains metadata for the other spreadsheets. The R code used for modeling has also been included, as well as appendices containing additional models and contextual information relevant to the study.
