Images show western blots results of co-immunopecipitation experiments between ROCK-1 and NMIIA. HEK293T cells were transfected with GFP-ROCK-1 and treated with blebbistatin (BLB, 100μM, 2 hours). ROCK-1 was immunoprecipitated using GFP-TRAP and lysates were immunoblotted for NMIIA, NMIIB and GFP.
