Fluorescence intensity of the immunosignal corresponding to ROCK-1 at cell junctions (Supplementary Figure 4b) was quantitated by linescan analysis. Data represent mean +/- S.E.M. of three individual experiments (n=3), *P<0.05 Student’s t-test. Statistical information, p values and source data are in Supplementary Table 2 of the paper.
