FRET analysis of control, NMIIA knockdown (IIA KD) and NMIIB knockdown (IIB KD) MCF-7 cells expressing a RaichuRac FRET reporter. Results show average emission ratios calculated at the apical junctions from 30 cell-cell contacts and the result is representative of two independent experiments.
