This worked example accompanies the HapSelect R package for haplotype-based analytics and parent selection. The dataset comprises grain yield performance data for the 444 Suntop-derived lines of the bread wheat nested association mapping (NAM) population developed under GRDC project UQ00068. For each line, a single overall best linear unbiased estimate (BLUE) for grain yield is provided, calculated across a subset of four correlated environments (NAM4-WAR15RF, NAM5-WAR15IR, NAM6-WAR15RF and NAM13-WAR17IR).
