Full description Although N2O emission from wastewater treatment plants have been studied extensively, emissions of NH3 have been largely considered irrelevant. Analysis of such emissions from the commonly used method of a sludge drying pan shows that NH3 emissions are in fact substantial and should not be overlooked .
