Genomic sequences of tissue samples from the scleractinian coral genus, Agaricia, collected in Curaçao in 2019 as a part of CoralScape project. gDNA was extracted using a salt extraction and reduced representation genomic libraries were created using PstI and MspI restriction enzymes. Three plates (of 96 samples per plate) per lane were sequenced using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (paired-end) for a total of three lanes. Data supports PhD work involving cryptic species, dispersal and ecological niches of Agaricia spp.
