Full description
These datasets were created using R and GIS in 2017 to support prioritization of reef areas for fisheries management in the main Hawaiian Islands. The data are GIS raster files (geotiff) and there are eight datasets: 1. Estimated boat-based spear fishing effort 2. Estimated shore-based spear fishing effort 3. Modeled mean targeted reef-fish biomass 4. Predicted mean targeted reef-fish biomass with fishing pressure set to zero 5. Modeled mean targeted reef-fish body length 6. Predicted mean targeted reef-fish body length with fishing pressure set to zero 7. Projected mean targeted reef-fish biomass increase with fishing pressure set to zero 8. Projected mean targeted reef-fish body length increase with fishing pressure set to zeroData time period: 2017 to 2017
