This Dataset contains all supporting scripts and associated data files for genomic sequence processing, variant calling, mutation rate estimation and analysis, and effective population size estimation in Acanthaster cf. solaris. Code and data relating to census population size analyses are available on Github: https://github.com/ymbozec/acanthaster_GBR_abundance. Raw whole genome sequence data from parent-offspring trios are available on the NCBI Short Read Archive (BioProject ID PRJNA1064695).
