Full description

Resistance of wheat genotypes to Pratylenchus neglectus in 33 glasshouse experiments was combined. Aggregation was conducted across experiments to generate genotype x experiment matrices of reproduction function (RF), final population (Pn), tiller number, plant height, maturity, top dry weight (TDWT), top moisture content (TMC) and soil moisture content (SMC) after 16 weeks. Missing cells of the genotype x experiment matrices were populated by imputation being ready for further analysis.
