This data contains the definitions of the randomly-generated test problems 1-20 in the paper titled "Minimizing Equipment Shutdowns in Oil and Gas Campaign Maintenance", which is currently under review. The data was randomly generated during December 2019 and January 2020. The data file is in xslx spreadsheet format with 20 worksheets, one worksheet for each test problem.
