Brief description
Set of R codes allowing to analyse gluten proteins or to identify gluten proteins from uncharacterised database. The code allows to analyse amino acid composition and gives the percentage of Glutamine (Q) AND Proline (P).Lineage: This R code was generated using RStudio version 4.0.5. Packages used were Tidyverse and Biostrings
