This dataset contains the raw images and code generated for a study of how PRICKLE1 (PK1) controls morphogenesis of the junctional neural tube in a transgenic quail model. The data includes imaging of Lifeact-EGFP, wildtype and nuc-mCherry-membrane-EGFP quail embryos with and without perturbations including PK1 knockdown, FGF inhibition, SLUG knockdown and appropriate controls, and immunofluorescent labelling of extracellular matrix components, Myosin Light Chain and members of the Planar Cell Polarity pathway.
