These plans comprise:

a. Sketch of ground at Bathurst (William Street) as vested in the Board of Ordnance per deed grant dated 18 December 1844. Signed by Jas. Gordon Lt. Col. Com. R.E. 23 April 1845.

b. Sketch showing the existing plan of store buildings (Ordnance and Commissariat) at Sydney.

c. Sketch showing the proposed alterations to Ordnance and Commissariat store buildings and offices, drawn to accompany Annual Estimates 1839-40. Signed by Geo. Barney R.E. Com. 10 Sept. 1838. (This is noted as item 2; it is likely that plan no. (b) listed above was item no. 1)

d. Sketch of the covering shot furnaces whenever they are much exposed to weather. (Lithographed at the Royal Engineer Establishment, Chatham, 1844)

e. Plan and Sections showing the old covering over the Casemated Barrack and the new covering of concrete and seyssel at the Perch Rock Battery, Liverpool. Signed by James H. Rutherford, Capt. Com. R.E. 4 September 1843. (The Plan was to accompany the Commanding and Royal Engineer's letter of 4 September 1843)
