Full description
Pilot study published in Kindlova et al, preprint available with detailed data description at https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.02.13.528289v1. Data consist of Nanopore sequence data on 8 placentas, Illumina WGS on 8 placentas and parents (total 24 samples), and RNA-seq data from 8 placentas, EM-seq data from two placentas, and methylartist database files for all placenta samples. All data apart from the .db files are provided as .bam files. Methylartist .db files can be used along with the corresponding .bam file via methylartist (https://doi.org/10.1093/bioinformatics/btac292) available at https://github.com/adamewing/methylartist.Issued: 20 12 2024
