Full description
Flow cytometry files (.fcs) to support this 40-color panel for comprehensive immune profiling in rhesus macaques. Samples were obtained from studies conducted for our Group A Streptococcus (GAS) experimental vaccine. Indian rhesus macaques were used, housed at the Yerkes National Primate Research Center, and were maintained in accordance with National Institute of Health guidelines. These animal experiments were approved by the Emory University Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee. Animals received an experimental vaccine at week 0, 8, and 17, and were challenged with a GAS M1 strain 5448 intranasal infection at week 20. PBMCs were collected under anaesthesia (ketamine; 10mg/kg) at weeks -1, 0, 8, 9, 17, 20, and 25. These samples were collected into Sodium Citrate Vacutainer CPT tubes (Becton Dicksinson), and frozen as per standard protocol. Samples were stored at -80 degrees Celsius.Issued: 2026
