This is a questionnaire for surveying students about their experiences and engagement with an open educational resource, Research & Evidence in Practice (published by the La Trobe eBureau).

This tool was developed by Andrew Buldt in collaboration with the La Trobe University Library Community Programs & Engagement Team. It is an adaptation of a survey tool originally created by Brianna Julien and Louise Lexis to collect research data for their La Trobe eBureau open textbook How to do Science.
