This template supports La Trobe eBureau editors to review chapter outlines and full draft chapters for an open educational resource (OER). It helps editors identify what is working, what needs attention, and what should happen next so authors can move forward with clear, practical guidance.

It is the comprehensive version of this template, intended for editors who prefer a systematic approach to reviewing OER content. A compact version is available for editors who find the comprehensive version too exhaustive.

This review template is based on the eBureau’s OER Content Quality Rubric. It adapts the rubric’s full 12 domains into eight compact domains tailored for the editor review process.
