This dataset is a pilot study in the issues of data quality and management of the acoustic data from these instruments with the long term view that it should be possible to collect high quality acoustic data at relatively low cost by using the ES60. ES60 software requires specialist software (currently Echoview or Simrad's Bergen Integrator) to process and quality control the data.
