These are plans which accompanied applications for billiard licenses within the Metropolitan Licensing District. The majority of the plans have a stamp from the Metropolitan Licensing Court on them and a note referring to the approval or rejection of an application for a billiard license under the Billiard and Bagatelle Licensing Act, 1882 (45 Victoria Act No. 24 of 1881) and subsequent Acts.
