The series consists of building specifications for the bedroom units at the Tea Gardens Hotel.
The Liquor Act, 1912 (Act No.42, 1912) and subsequent amending Acts required licensees to apply to a local licensing court for the renewal or transfer of existing licenses or for the removal of licenses from premises such as hotels, clubs and public bars.
The records concern the construction, additions, alterations and rebuilding proposals relating to the licensed premises.
