This volume records: name of licensee; place where house situated; sign; number of rooms and measurements; description of outbuildings, stabling, conveniences, etc.; material of building and roof; condition; date of inspection; particulars as to neighbourhood; date and particulars of any proceedings under the Act, and other offences, and result; remarks.
Later annotations of closure, transfer of license up to 21 February 1891 are included.
