These cards are arranged alphabetically according to electorates and within each electorate alphabetically by the name of the hotel. There is a separate card for each establishment which provides the following information: electorate, licensing district, sign (name), situation, licensing history, name of licensee and information such as orders and repairs concerning compliance with the licensing laws. Some cards also include information about mortgages and lessees.
