The cards show the workings of accounts, which have been finalised and closed, dealing with auction, special, suburban, weekend lease, roads, conditional, settlement, and returned soldiers' special holding purchases. They cite date of authority and authority number, land district, holding number, area of holding, name of purchaser and details of all payments until closure of the account. Cards are largely filed alphabetically according to Land District or name of owner in the case of road purchases.
