This volume contains clippings from the Government Gazette advertising the conditions of section leases and improvement leases. Details such as requirements relating to fences, destruction of pests (rabbits, dingoes, wild pigs etc.), preservation of timber and other related matters are given. In the case of improvement leases, instructions are given regarding the conversion of annual leases into improvement leases and the person requesting the lease is named. Section lease notices are entered under the name of the property.
