This volume contains copies of Gazette notices relating to the granting of occupation licenses, and notices relating to the advertisement of tenders for such leases. The following details are given: papers, number of occupation license, licensee and address, parishes, counties, rate per section of 640 acres, approximate area, annual licence fee, amount paid, date of Minister's acceptance of tender, amount required and the amount of credit to licensee. Notations are made in marginal notes as to the result of the tender or the date of registration of the license.
