These papers consist of correspondence and documents relating to the acquisition of the grounds; administration and regulation of the grounds; the appointment of Trustees; a dispute with the New South Wales Cricket Association re powers of the Trustees; copies of minutes of meetings of the Trustees and various committees; reports of the Trustees; financial statements; attendance statistics; plans of proposed alterations and improvements; loans and financial assistance with regard to the development of the grounds. There are also drawings and ground plans; and papers relating to a number of issues, such as the use by sporting bodies of various sports grounds and the closure of the road between the grounds.
