The chart is by W. Pullen, Commander of Marines and Marine Surveyor. It was drawn in the Survey Office, Adelaide, South Australia, by F.H. Buralem, Draftsman.

There is a reference to features and points of interest such as a native well and places where Captain Sturt halted during his Murray expedition in 1831.
