These are office copies of maps of parishes and counties, and occasionally municipalities, which record such information as land status, original grantee, reserves, boundaries, roads and railways. They are annotated to show changes in such information and are cancelled when new editions noting these changes are published. 

A full listing is available; these maps are indexed in a card index available in the Western Sydney reading room.
