This volume contains copies of notices relating to the availability of settlement purchases within a particular area. The following information is given: farm number of block; position number; parish and county; total area; irrigable area; capital value for first period of twenty-five years; annual rental; water rights; annual water rate; improvements; number of instalments; survey fees; deposit and quality. The results of each gazette notice are noted in the margin and the date of surrender of each settlement purchase is given where applicable. Cross references are made to subsequent gazette notices which pertain to the settlement purchase in the notice.
