NRS-8078 | Settlement purchase account cards

Full description

These cards supersede the Record of individuals' accounts re settlement purchase (3/6565) showing: the name of the registered holder, date of title, address, name and area of estate, capital value, deposit and instalments, and interest rate. The cards record chronologically all instalments due and/or paid, the interest arrears and the cumulated balance of capital owing. The main run finishes in approximately 1947. However a second run extracted from the first continues to approximately 1954. The latter all refer to estates which have been paid out in full. Arrangement is alphabetical by Land District.
