Under section 23 of the Builders Licensing Act, 1971, the Board must investigate complaints against licensed builders.
These sample files are "show cause" files where a licensed builder had been issued with notification to appear before the Board to show cause why he should not lose his license.

1973-75 (19/8456-58), 1976 (3/18001) 1977 (18/3600) 1979-1981 (18/3601-3603.1). 8 boxes.
